- 4 ripe avocados
- 2 limes
- 1 teaspoons sea salt (or kosher salt) (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Using the trimmer cut the avocados in half. Remove pits. Using the spat spreader scoop into bowl. Cut limes in half with paring knife and squeeze juice into bowl, add rest of ingredients and mash with CUTCO potato masher.
Serve in tortilla chip scoops.
TIP: You can add other ingredients to this guacamole like diced tomatoes, fresh cilantro or jalapeno pepper.
